Campaign calendar
The four view modes and how to navigate and filter the campaign timeline.
The Campaigns view offers four ways to visualise your schedule. Switch between them using the view selector in the toolbar.
View modes
- Timeline: a Gantt-style horizontal view where each row is a touchpoint, grouped by Group and Channel. Drag campaign bars to reschedule them.
- Calendar: a classic monthly grid, one block per campaign per day.
- List: a table with columns for name, status, type, dates, budget, and touchpoint count.
- Agenda: a scrollable list grouped by date, the default view on mobile.
Timeline period
On the Timeline view, use the period selector to switch between Month, 2 Weeks, and Week. Use the arrow buttons to navigate forward or backward, or click Today to return to the current date.
Filters
- Status: show only Scheduled, Active, Completed, or Cancelled campaigns.
- Group and Channel: show only touchpoints belonging to specific groups or channels.
- Search: type part of a campaign name to find it instantly.
- RM type: toggle between All, Retail Media only, or Internal campaigns.
