Answers to the most common questions about HubSlot.
Can I have multiple workspaces?
Yes. Pro plan includes 3 workspaces, Business and Enterprise include unlimited workspaces. Each workspace is completely separate: teams, campaigns, data, and integrations are not shared between workspaces.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial, your workspace is automatically downgraded to the Starter plan. No charges are applied. You retain all your data.
Can I import data from other tools?
Currently HubSlot supports importing campaigns and touchpoints via CSV. Full integration import from other tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.) is on the roadmap.
Is my data stored in Europe?
Yes. HubSlot's infrastructure runs on Supabase (Ireland) and Vercel (EU region). All data is stored within the European Union.
How does Slotty access my Shopify data?
Slotty uses the same read-only Shopify connection you set up in Settings → Integrations. It only reads data to answer your questions, it never writes to your store.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds, except within 14 days of an annual purchase.
Is there a mobile app?
HubSlot is currently a web app, fully responsive and optimised for mobile browsers. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
How do I export my data?
You can export campaigns and touchpoints as CSV from their respective views. Full data export (including assets and task history) is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
