Reporting overview

Campaign performance, attributed revenue, and top products in one view.

The Reporting section shows your campaign performance alongside Shopify revenue data. It is available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Starter users see a locked overlay with an upgrade prompt. Without Shopify connected, all charts and KPIs display sample data with a warning banner.

KPI cards

  • Revenue: total attributed revenue from UTM-tracked Shopify orders (requires Shopify).
  • Orders: number of Shopify orders attributed via UTM parameters, with the percentage of new customers shown as a sub-metric.
  • Cost: total ad spend (requires Google Ads or Meta Ads integration; shows nothing if not connected).
  • ROI: return on investment, calculated as (revenue − cost) / cost × 100 (requires Ads integration).
  • ROAS: return on ad spend, calculated as revenue / cost (requires Ads integration).

Date range and comparison

Select a preset range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or pick a custom date range. Use the comparison selector to compare against the previous period, the previous year, a custom range, or to disable comparison entirely. Delta percentages appear on each KPI card.

Source filter

Filter all charts and lists by source type: All, Internal (on-site banners and owned placements), Owned (email, organic social), or Paid (Google Ads, Meta Ads). The filter affects the KPI totals, revenue chart, and campaign list.

Charts and tables

  • Revenue over time: area chart of daily revenue from Shopify.
  • Revenue by source: bar chart showing the Internal/Owned/Paid split.
  • Campaigns list: campaigns ranked by attributed revenue. Shows name, status, revenue, and ROAS where cost data is available. Expandable to show all campaigns.
  • Top touchpoints: the five UTM sources with the highest attributed revenue in the selected period.
  • Top products: best-selling products by revenue from Shopify order line items (shown when Shopify is connected).
  • Geographic breakdown: revenue by billing country from UTM-attributed orders.

Market view

Use the Market Switcher at the top of the page to filter all data to a specific market. When no market is selected (all markets), a breakdown strip shows per-market revenue and orders.

Store tab

The Store tab (next to the Campaigns tab) provides a store-level view of Shopify performance independently of campaigns.
