Kanban board

Views, columns, drag-and-drop, and filters on the Tasks board.

The Tasks section offers three views: Board (columns side-by-side), List (table), and Calendar (due dates on a monthly grid). Switch between them using the view toggle in the toolbar.

Default columns

Every new board starts with three default columns: To Do, In Progress, and Done. Default columns are protected and cannot be deleted. You can add custom columns with any name, color, and an optional WIP limit.

WIP limits

A WIP (work-in-progress) limit on a column shows a warning badge when the number of items exceeds the limit. It does not block adding items.

Drag-and-drop

  • Drag a card between columns to change its status.
  • Drag a card within a column to reorder it.
  • Drag a column header to reorder columns on the board.
  • All changes persist immediately to the database.

Quick done toggle

Each card has a quick toggle to mark it as done. Clicking it moves the card to the Done column (or back to To Do if it is already in Done).

Filters

  • Search: filters by task title.
  • Priority: all, Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
  • Campaign: show only tasks linked to a specific campaign.
  • Assignee: filter by team member, or show only unassigned tasks.
  • Market: in multi-market workspaces, filters tasks by the active market.

Column management

Custom columns can be renamed, recolored, and deleted. A column can only be deleted when it contains no items. To delete a column, move or delete all its items first.
