Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using HubSlot ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and workspace members invited by account holders.

HubSlot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for campaign management, touchpoint organisation, and retail media operations, provided by Tribehub (Viale Giovanni Suzzani 96, 20162 Milano, Italy, P.IVA 02002830897).

The Service is intended exclusively for business use. You may not use HubSlot for personal, family, or household purposes.

To use HubSlot you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organisation. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT (or equivalent local taxes), which will be added where applicable.

By providing your payment details, you authorise Tribehub to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

New workspaces are eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the workspace is automatically downgraded to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is activated.

Tribehub reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offering at any time without prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable law or regulation - Upload, transmit, or store malicious code or conduct attacks on our systems - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written authorisation - Upload or process content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Tribehub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

HubSlot, the HubSlot logo, and all associated software, interfaces, and content are the exclusive property of Tribehub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.

Your data remains yours. You grant Tribehub a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your data solely as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use your data for any purpose beyond service delivery.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Tribehub does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tribehub's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Tribehub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Tribehub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered users before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
